Job Description

In order to produce a vibrant cinematic vision that supports the story and executes it in a way that inspires the team, an Animator must combine dialogue, animation, and sound. They collaborate closely with the Director to bring their storyboarded vision to life in 3D. As a visual storyteller, you must be able to adhere to production rules while yet coming up with unique solutions to aesthetic issues.

  • Establish, produce, and manage animations that will bring our game world to life in order to provide an engaging gaming experience that is both immersive and thrilling. Animate brand-new characters from scratch while simultaneously supporting and improving upon the movement sets of previously-animated characters.
  • Identify and fix issues on your own. Artistic vision and proper expansion of the art direction supplied must be shown. Procedural modeling and animation are required for deformations to be effective.
  • When working within the technical constraints of mobile games you have the ability to rig and skin characters effectively, allowing you to produce fluid character animations from numerous IPs.
  • Initial concepts are pre-vis and then further developed in conjunction with a design team led by the creative director. Storyboards, live action video, and 3D blocking are all examples of this.
  • Work with the character art team, systems designers, and engineers to create and develop animation assets. Work with technical teams to design run-time character animation pipelines.
  • Create accurate representations of the clothes and hair that characters wear, for instance. Putting the finishing touches on the shot work by developing simulations and animations for the cloth. Creatively resolving problems is one way to accomplish art direction for a photograph.
  • When necessary, fix and change animations, rigs, and skin weights from vendors. Work with the art team and engineers to solve technical problems related to animations and rigging.
  • Using Maya to make animations on the director’s orders, Work with the Director to make animation that fits well with the way the show looks. Follow the rules for file organization, project management, and version control.


  • A thorough grasp of cinematic staging, blocking, cinematography, and editing is desirable; experience in the construction of scenes, shots, cameras, and characters is a bonus.
  • 1-3+ years of experience making rough layouts, characters, or pre-visualizations for CG animation that look like movies. You also need to have used Maya before, The desire to tell stories and a strong interest in rough layout.
  • Animator who is skilled technically and has at least two years of experience working in the industry, as well as the ability to rig and animate styled 2D figures swiftly.
  • Show conventional animation concepts and dynamic visual/technical expertise. He has extensive game animation experience and can use a variety of methods and styles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Visualization, or Computer Animation needed (Recent graduates considered).
