Job Description

Accountable for the timely completion of payment allocations, refunds, and account terminations inside the system, as well as the accompanying account adjustments, refunds, and title release processes.

Qualifications:

  • A working personal vehicle is essential, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by business policy.
  • Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline are preferred by employers.
  • The new employee will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to plan and manage a wide range of operations with precision and attention to deadlines while working independently.
  • There is a need for assistance with accounts payable invoice processing and coding.
  • Arranges, organizes, tests, and manages electronic files for Accounts Payable Invoices.
  • Prepare checks to be mailed to accounts payable.
  • The General Accounting Manager is in charge of all other responsibilities.
  • For the company, process and track credit card payments.
  • Assist the Accounting department with clerical chores such as filing, copying, collating, and data input as needed.
  • The ideal candidate for this position is computer savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and accounting database navigation.
