Qualifications:

  • Expanding and building relationships—growing our existing client relationships into new business units, IT organizations, and divisions, as well as finding and reaching out to possible new accounts.
  • When consumers express concerns, use consultative sales tactics that are able to successfully overcome them. Public relations and community networking are essential for the success of a new business.
  • Customer satisfaction, contract renewal, and the sale of additional services by the client may all be improved when you are in charge of the customer relationships that have been committed to your care.
  • Manage the ongoing requirement to comprehend interconnected technologies and stay up to date on new possibilities as corporate technology increase and evolve. Discover, train, and grow indirect sales channels.
  • Assist the client’s sales and operations teams and senior personnel in ensuring customer satisfaction and completing any other responsibilities delegated to you.
  • Strong customer and partner planning: Establish and maintain high-quality, executable Customer Plans (where appropriate) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of client demands, challenges/concerns, and aims/goals. Create a unified action plan to capitalize on these opportunities. Plan approved by the client. Review with management quarterly. Direct the execution of all Account Plan components. Guarantees that all participants will follow through.
  • Direct internal Account Management team and extended team members’ client strategic goals and service challenges.
  • Communicate with the appropriate field managers to create pricing for estimates and bids that is consistent with the organization’s financial goals. Maintain knowledge of the competitors, including market share, price, services, etc.
  • It is critical to create a common culture of tolerance and mutual respect inside the business in order to develop an inclusive work environment that recognizes and respects individual differences in communication methods. Be a living example of Search Advertising’s inclusive and diverse culture at all times. Encourage individuals to learn from one another and to assist one another in achieving their objectives.
  • In order to generate new business, the outside sales force may be used for prospecting, cold calling, recommending consumers to other firms, and nurturing connections with current ones. To build long-term client ties, works with both big and small companies.

Skills:

  • To come up with a solution and a plan and put them into action, you need to be driven and able to gather client resources.
  • Leaders should be able to write and speak clearly. Due to the prevalence of this mode of communication in many sales situations, sales professionals must be proficient in it. It is essential to be able to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
  • Degree from an accredited college or university is desired, but candidates with equal work-related experience and meeting the minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or its equivalent in the form of a general equivalency diploma (GED) will also be considered.
