Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper. Person will work with a chart of accounts, balance general ledgers, maintain records and documents electronically, prepare financial reports, process payrolls and maintain employee records, prepare monthly and quarterly client billings and perform other administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:
- On a daily basis, settlements with route employees, which involve matching suitable tickets.
- Go to the bank as soon as possible to retrieve any insufficient funds or returned checks.
- Analyze purchase orders in light of activity funds, double-check money availability, distribute funds, and obtain administrative approval.
- The job applicant should be extensively familiar with Clover POS and QuickBooks accounting software.
- Finance, accounting, or business administration bachelor’s degree
- Evaluate your financial records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date.
- At least three years of experience in bookkeeping are required.
- Talking on the phone as well as using office equipment are examples of clerical work.
- Budget modifications that are proposed are tracked until the budget is completed.
- Ascertain that suitable cash handling procedures are followed. Noncompliance is documented, and where appropriate, issues are discussed with the principal.
Skills:
