Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated track record of progress, management, and business success, as well as a minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services organization with at least 2 years in public accounting, are necessary.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required for this employment.
  • Experience in a related field, such as bookkeeping or office management.
  • Experience in general management and strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of financial services industry accounting and reporting, as well as accounting and finance subject matter capabilities.
  • To obtain payment authorization from the department, prepare the necessary paperwork, including all relevant information.
  • Prepare voucher paperwork and route approvals to the proper departments after matching all incoming papers for processing.
