Job Description
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing MSP and RPO operational services. Build future state process maps with stakeholders by gathering their requirements. Configure the system in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. Manual configuration is an option for the Implementation Consultant. A Change Strategy Plan will be developed by the Implementation Consultant, who will lead the program adoption activities. The Implementation Consultant works closely with all project teams to ensure that the proposed solution fulfills specific workstream requirements and benefits the whole MSP solution. 3 to 5 years of direct consulting and/or process improvement experience.

Qualifications:
- Take a look out for clients who aren’t utilizing the service as frequently as they should be, and assist them get back into the habit.
- Each implementation project must be performed in a planned and controlled manner that notifies the client of the estimated completion dates for each step of the implementation.
- Vulnerabilities and issues needing management and stakeholder attention are communicated weekly.
- This position’s main responsibilities include organizing and managing testing, documenting and monitoring outcomes, and resolving difficulties promptly.
- This is the process of putting together software projects, which includes determining their scope, assigning resources, establishing timetables, and interacting with other parties.
- Services like enablement, communication management, change management and technical help may be very beneficial to clients.
- Make that new workflows, scripts, or solutions are tested before they are implemented. Ensure effective completion of more sophisticated account settings by providing project management as needed.
- Work by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) from both within and outside the company has the goal of having an influence on many other processes and systems.
- Developing a solution that works effectively for each customer, offers value, and boosts development potential is a critical aspect of implementing Company Solutions.
- Work breakdown structures (WBSs) and a thorough plan (i.e., milestones) are maintained to guarantee the project is completed on time and to specifications.
Skills:
- Setup testing, user testing coordination and supervision, test results documentation and monitoring, and fast problem resolution.
- Accepts a large amount of responsibility for the completion of the project; demonstrates an effective ability to assist others in the completion of projects via the sharing of information; needs minimal supervision from a manager with a more senior position.
- In agreement with functional and technical subject matter experts, alternative technological or commercial solutions are presented (internal and external).
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, client success, relationship development, and change management
- Business or related bachelor’s degrees are encouraged, but not required.
