To join our team, we are presently hiring an office clerk. By keeping files, logs, and records up to date, accurately, and completely, our office clerk will successfully give administrative support to the service center staff and deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients.

  • Collaborating – Working cooperatively with others to help a team or work group achieve its goals.
  • Clerical and administrative work is work that is typically performed in an office setting and requires following standard operating procedures while under the supervision of a manager or supervisor.
  • The documents need to be printed, scanned, and updated in the same way that any other office document would be. Develop and maintain records pertaining to the facility’s functioning.
  • Help maintain the efficiency of the Support Office by performing general administrative chores such as answering phones, filing paperwork, keeping the office tidy, etc.
  • Report any shortages of paper clips, stationery, or other office supplies.
  • Data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting are all examples of accounting functions.
  • Make use of the office’s technology, including the copier, printers, and computers, for things like word processing and making spreadsheets.
  • Provide appropriate and fast responses to customer inquiries, as well as thorough investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Help out with general office duties like addressing queries about company policies and keeping track of employee information.


  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
  • capability of learning about the trucking and carpet padding fields
  • Fast typist with background in stenography and taking dictation.
  • the ability to work in a professional office setting and understand basic accounting concepts.
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills is beneficial for interacting with customers, truck drivers, office staff, and management.
