Job Description
We want an Administrative Coordinator with superior communication skills and a positive outlook. You should be able to support management and all visitors to the firm by doing office activities, offering courteous and professional assistance by phone, mail, and e-mail, arranging reservations or travel arrangements, and overall having a pleasant presence in the workplace.

Qualifications:
- Initiates and supervises the adoption of standard correspondence protocols, such as those for overnight paper delivery.
- Manage daily cash receipts, petty cash, files and other administrative documents such as personnel records and personnel files.
- When determining whether a high-level individual needs a face-to-face encounter, this is determined. It’s a job that requires a wide range of abilities, from the most basic to the most sophisticated.
- Offers ample administrative support to projects, including word processing, photocopying, printing, faxing, and emailing, as well as project equipment procurement.
- Investigates, prioritizes and follows up on all incoming problems and concerns, including those of a sensitive nature. The ability to plan and execute a timely and effective reaction is essential.
- Responds to general inquiries through phone and email and routes them to the appropriate member of the project team as needed.
- This section may involve accounting, payroll preparation and review, information management and storage systems for personnel files, supply requisitioning, and other administrative duties.
- Administrative processes, greeting and guiding guests and visitors, assisting coworkers utilizing facilities, and running and maintaining services are examples of everyday duties.
- Manages the Division Head’s calendar, composes and prepares communications, prepares agendas, and compiles documentation.
- This position’s responsibilities include mail, files, appointments, photocopying, and faxing.
Skills:
- A community college or university associate’s degree, or a comparable combination of managerial experience, training, and education
- Experience and comprehension of business and management concepts involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling and administration, production processes, and people and resource coordination.
- Ability to handle private information with discretion, respond to conflicting demands, and provide excellent customer/client service.
- Effective corporate skills that show you can handle and prioritize many tasks at once while paying close attention to every detail.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as web-based tools. Organize complicated papers and databases.
