Qualifications:
- Reach or surpass company targets for revenue, client retention, and customer acquisition.
- Design solutions that encourage participation and engagement across a variety of projects and campaigns, while also setting the conceptual and stylistic direction for them.
- Attend kick-off meetings with our internal clients, manage project activities, and make suggestions for solutions to business needs.
- Create marketing materials for use in email, websites, online ads, and any other channels required.
- generating brand new advertising campaigns for customers and business plans for the agency and its customers.
- In addition, you should be able to work with different product requirements and have some familiarity with the vendors who provide promotional material.
- In collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments, lead creative projects and teams from concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
- Direct a group of artists and wordsmiths in order to provide advertising content that drives sales and reinforces the brand.
- Delivering results-oriented, on-brand content requires attention to brand and campaign requirements.
- Keep each project’s creative vision and goals aligned with the overarching campaign’s goals and the client, brand, retailer, and company’s needs.
