  • It is essential to maintain that the carrier’s interests are reflected in the examination of proposal requests for modification as well as other contract material, such as extra instructions or additional requests for information.
  • Examining tenant contracts and requirements in relation to the carrier’s duties, ensuring that the carrier complies with the requirements while keeping project costs under control
  • In addition to evaluating and approving consultant bills, contractor pay applications, and modification orders, the Manager’s duties include working with the Control Manager to ensure accurate posting in the reporting platform.
  • In order to make sure that safety, quality, deadlines, budgets, and other parameters are being met, it is necessary to keep a close eye on the operations of construction firms that are contracted out.
  • The carrier’s relationship with the numerous government agencies engaged in goods transportation, including the City’s authorization and inspection processes, as well as acting as a liaison between the carrier and these authorities is essential.
  • Serving as a resource for information by organizing tenant work, attending meetings, settling issues, offering continuing feedback, and arranging project punch list and close-out.
  • It is necessary to establish initial project-specific cost estimates and to appoint a project manager to oversee the budgetary management of the project’s multiple cost components.
  • Ensure that any build-to-suit contracts, spec homes, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, signage, and any other issues that may occur throughout the course of conducting a successful subdivision development are communicated properly to the sales counselor.
  • Aspects of the project that need assistance include assisting in the identification and certification of numerous subcontractors, including the site and construction trades.
  • Involvement in monitoring the project’s schedule, expenses and feedback with utility companies that provide services and infrastructure as needed


  • Working in this position requires familiarity with construction contracts and the ability to read, understand, and coordinate consultant drawings and requirements.
  • Working closely with the general contractor and project consultants to produce project timelines and budgets
  • Hands-on experience in an industrial context overseeing the operations of contractors and crews for mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural construction.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures for ensuring that the work performed meets the specifications provided in the contract. Site Quality Control Manager (SQCM)
  • Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems and components, contract management, project delivery methodologies, team development, and client relationship building is necessary.
