The Media Buyer will be responsible for creating, releasing, optimizing, and reporting on digital media campaigns that span several demand-side platforms (DSPs), search engines, social networks, and direct channels. In addition, this person will offer insights about the campaign that internal teams and key stakeholders can use. Throughout the entirety of the digital media purchasing lifecycle, digital media buyers and strategists collaborate closely with Clients and Publishers to provide outstanding service. Offline marketing expertise is a plus.

- Updates Supervisor on status of current accounts on an ongoing basis and elevates and issues in a timely manner.

- Maintains tight adherence to client budgets while achieving goals.
- Responsible for the development, administration, and optimization of advertising campaigns across several channels (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.).
- Take the lead in resolving media billing concerns with the assistance of the finance staff.
- is essential in gathering insights and important performance for all client reporting meetings and contributes to the establishment of all reporting dashboards.
- Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
- creates connections with journalists, maintaining constant contact with them.
- Monitors and manages all media purchases, and is accountable for reporting on their outcomes.
- Proven ability to work well with other departments and divisions within an organization, including those responsible for Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management.
- Expertise in using and understanding ad tech industry lingo. Ability to navigate effectively in the digital space.
- Experience interacting effectively with clients, outside media, and other team members.
- To negotiate the ideal deal structure, you must have a thorough understanding of online media data.
- Must be able to think on one’s feet and act swiftly in a dynamic setting.
