Full-Time Assistant Property Accountant – Pili
Auditing and validating papers requires precision and rigorous attention to detail, as well as knowledge of the accounting standards and fiscal guidelines. - Data entry and searches are both possible with accounting software. Payments, budget balances, purchase order information and balances, and vendor information are all part of the package.
- This position calls for a bachelor’s degree.
- Expertise in complex problem-solving as well as general management.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of total experience is required, preferably in a big financial services organization with at least 2 years in public accounting, as well as a proven track record of advancement, management, and commercial success.
- All vendor invoices are checked against purchase orders to confirm that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and shipping costs, are correct.
- After matching all incoming files for processing, prepare voucher paperwork and send approvals to the respective departments.
- Examine the payment schedule and determine when payments should be made.
- Knowledge of a similar field, such as accounting or office management.
- The number of years of experience you have is the only factor that determines your income.
- To obtain payment authorization from the department, prepare the necessary documentation, including all required information.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills and a high level of honesty.
- Examine and manage the approvals required to complete payments.
- Possibility of reconciling invoices for each vendor using the monthly statement.
- Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and reporting in the financial services business, as well as accounting and finance subject matter expertise.
