Job Description
The Assistant Site Manager’s major responsibility is to help and preserve the historic site. There are many duties that come with this role, thus it is essential that the Assistant Site Manager has strong communication, organizational, and creative abilities. In order to succeed in this job, the individual must be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships, love working outside, and collaborate with employees, suppliers, and the community.

Qualifications:
- Special measures, such as evacuating the building, lockdowns, and other security issues, are included in the visitor sign-in and facility management protocols.
- Helps with proactive monitoring of staff licenses and certificates (including CPR certifications) and monitors expiration to ensure current licenses and certifications are obtained before old ones expire.
- Timekeeping, the treatment of injuries, attendance, and changes in status are only some of the things that have to be reported as quickly and precisely as possible.
- Ensures adherence to all business rules and processes, including those of the Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, and Information Technology departments, as well as providing general customer support.
- Direct-reporting supervisors must train and inspire subordinates. They find, hire, and evaluate new and present personnel.
- Conduct an assessment of the performance of the workers who report to him or her based on the criteria of performance specified in the job description, and then have a conversation with the employee about the review.
- Assists in the creation of employee schedules, the recording of hours worked by the whole staff, including overtime hours, and the monitoring of Schedule E hours. Early or late clock-ins or clock-outs that result in unlawful overtime are monitored and reported to the Site Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required, particularly the ability to influence people and collaborate with a wide range of personalities.
- Keep track of all the company’s commodities, supplies, equipment and tools that are under his or her responsibility and necessary for the successful execution of job-related activities.
- The Site Manager’s instructions on how to perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation are followed. Commercial agreements with non-company suppliers are formalized, which helps with price and stock discussions.

- To successfully manage the manufacturing process of multiple aircraft with complicated internal/external relationships, must be able to provide guidance and recommendations to site leaders.
- It is needed that you have a working knowledge of computers and technology (Outlook, Excel, and Word), as well as the capacity to operate in high-temperature situations (-40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required. It is possible to replace a two-year or four-year extra experience requirement for the bachelor’s degree with a comparable two-year or four-year associate degree and/or additional experience. It is preferred that candidates have at least five years of CH/MH-53E experience.
