Qualifications:
- To accomplish the organization’s financial and treasury goals, evaluates, advises on, and executes financing sources, investment possibilities, and financial instruments.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for the month and year, as well as short- and long-term cash management plans.
- Maintains solid, long-term relationships with banking partners while guaranteeing efficient and cost-effective banking operations.
- As needed, further major projects pertaining to service quality, productivity, process simplification, digitization, and harmonization will be introduced and led.
- Create a cross-currency notional pooling framework to pool global cash when legally possible and tax-efficient. The cash pool will allow for automated sweeps from local accounts, as well as same-day access to global assets.
- Regression analysis and correlation/causality calculations are among your statistical capabilities.
- Define and develop cost, quality, and speed KPIs for the processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- The capacity to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is necessary to improve performance, innovation, problem resolution, and outcomes.
