Full-Time Chief Financial Officer – Al-Jīzah
Job Description
The CFO oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the financial aspects of the organization’s activities as a member of the Executive Team. Designs and implements systems for identifying and controlling income and expenses within the organization; consults with and advises the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees on methods for increasing revenue and decreasing operational costs in relation to the organization’s overall goals and objectives, the market, and community needs.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required for this position.
- The creation of a financial strategy and plan is essential.
- A self-starter who is versatile, ambitious, and highly collaborative is required for this position, as well as someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Make a long-term financial plan with the advice and assistance of the Finance Committee and the CEO.
- You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite as well as ERP systems, notably Microsoft AX.
- Communication, management, analytical, and technological abilities are essential skills the job seeker should have.
- When necessary, the candidate should handle any banking relationships with the help of other members of the accounting staff.
- Accounting ideas are extremely important and should not be overlooked.
- In charge of subsidiary integration as well as consolidated financial reporting for the Cooperative.
- Having direct financial and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- A background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is required.
- A working grasp of financial accounting systems and databases is necessary.
