Job Description
The Teller performs and starts a variety of financial transactions for Company clients, as well as assisting branch office management in generating new business through referrals and achieving defined sales referral and promotional sales goals. Enhances the company’s image by providing proactive client-driven service in order to meet and exceed consumer expectations.

Qualifications:
- Locally, to carry out the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture, and improving relationships with regulators in collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of Company goods and services, as well as any federal requirements, such as Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer standards. Follow Company and regulatory compliance and operational risk controls to the letter; report control flaws, compliance breaches, and operational loss incidents.
- Customers’ accounts are serviced, loans are accepted, safe deposit box payments are accepted, gift card sales are processed, checks are cashed, currency is verified, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made.
- As needed, balances automated teller machines (ATMs) and teller cash dispensers (TCDs)/teller cash recyclers (TCRs).
- Enhance the company’s image by providing proactive customer-driven service in support of the goal of exceeding customer expectations; establish new business referrals through customer interaction and the usage of a customer relationship management system.
- First impressions are important, so be sure you treat every customer with respect and efficiency.
- Internal and external audit points, as well as any concerns raised by outside regulators, are kept up to date by this person.
- Maintain compliance with all financial rules, such as the BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, and the USA Patriot Act, among others.
- You can guarantee that your customers are happy with your service by getting to know them and responding to their queries as fast as feasible.
- Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, conduct daily proof, balance cash on hand, ensure transactions and negotiable items prove to the figures on record in the system.
Skills:
- Because the company will not sponsor visas for these positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
- To process transactions quickly and correctly, you’ll need excellent attention to detail and cash management skills.
- The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a desire to learn and enhance his skills on a constant basis.
- Excellent communication skills
- One year of customer service and/or sales experience is necessary, including cash handling skills.
