Qualifications:

Skills:

- Work experience in the building trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and a high school graduation or GED are prerequisites for this position. Both a four-year college degree or a GED are necessary.
- Basic familiarity with a wide range of building construction materials and procedures, as well as the many phases of construction at which potential flaws or errors may be detected and addressed, is essential.
