Job Description
It is the job of the Construction Manager to manage the project’s schedule (cost and time), analyze resources, and communicate with other departments, such as field engineering and material logistics, to keep track of the project’s progress relative to the planned work schedule.

Qualifications:
- Assisting the carrier in liaising with various government bodies, including the municipal and state councils as well as the federal and state governments, to get necessary permits and inspections
- Appointing a project manager to oversee the budgetary management of the project’s many cost components is a good idea.
- Designed to help the project’s numerous subcontractors, including all site and construction trades, identify and certify their credentials.
- Providing assistance as an information resource by organizing tenant work, attending meetings, resolving problems, providing continuous feedback, and coordinating the project’s punch list and close-out procedures.
- Carrier interests are served by examining bids and requests for information and other contract material in order to determine whether modifications are necessary.
- Providing coordination and feedback as needed with utility companies that are providing services and infrastructure for the project, as well as managing the project’s timeline and costs, is what a project manager is in charge of.
- Controlling project costs by ensuring that carriers maintain their contractual commitments while reviewing tenant agreements and requirements
- Any build-to-suit contracts or spec houses, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, or other difficulties that may arise when managing a successful subdivision development should be communicated to your Sales Counselor on an ongoing basis.
- Works with the Control Manager to ensure that all invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders are appropriately posted in the reporting software, and handles the validation process for consultant bills, contractor pay applications, and change orders.
- To guarantee that outsourced construction businesses adhere to safety, quality, timelines and budgets, cost efficiency and control, and results, monitor and evaluate their activities.
Skills:
- Project management experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural construction in a big industrial context.
- A working understanding of quality assurance/quality control techniques to ensure that work is executed in compliance with contract requirements. During my time as a Site Quality Control Manager,tasked with ensuring the safety and quality.
- Pre-design and pre-construction skills, as well as understanding of building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methodologies, team development, and client relationship building, are essential Qualifications.
