Full-Time Creative Director – Advertising & Partnerships – Talacogon
Job Description
In your role as Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing original strategies and creative parameters for our company’s new and existing product lines. Position holders in this field manage and coach a team of creatives (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.), work closely with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners, and contribute to multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams (consisting of strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.). Creative Director will deliver high-priority projects to upper management with confidence and grace. While remaining receptive to feedback and alternative viewpoints, the Creative Director must be able to express design reasoning and argue for their work. Clear verbal and visual communication of your vision is essential to your success in this field. The ideal candidate for this role would thrive in fast-paced settings, such as brainstorming sessions and seminars where multiple minds come together to generate new ideas.

Qualifications:

- Working in tandem with Account Management’s head and the department’s top brass, you’ll set and monitor financial goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Delivers expert client presentations that are engaging, succinct, and direct, supported by a solid argument and strategy, in a manner that is clear, simple, and convincing visually.
- Mentors and direct reports; participates in internal appraisals of creative endeavors.
- The organization collaborates with both internal and external parties to effectively represent the fundamental brand equity and governance. The long-term equity advocate keeps the company’s image consistent with the outside world.

Skills:
- excellent ability to multitask, deal with change, and maintain composure under pressure.
- six years of experience in graphic design, communications, or advertising, with an emphasis on package design at progressively more responsible levels, and a master’s degree in design, advertising, or communications
- Equipped with intermediate-level expertise on the Apple Macintosh platform, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- A specialist in developing plans for design and in enhancing designs as they are created and implemented.
- expertism in the design of packaging, including familiarity with industry norms in terms of design, manufacture, and cost.
