Job Description

Qualifications:
- Creative shopper marketing and consumer promotion materials are created for agency, client, and new business initiatives.
- Keep each project’s creative vision and goals aligned with the overarching campaign’s goals and the client, brand, retailer, and company’s needs.
- Meet or exceed revenue, customer retention, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Manager of creative projects and teams, working with Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management to bring ideas to life and ensure flawless execution.
- Participate in kickoff meetings with our internal clients, supervise project progress, and make suggestions for solutions to business needs.
- In addition, you should be able to work with different product requirements and have some familiarity with the vendors who provide promotional material.
- Contribute to the development of the overall creative and stylistic direction of a wide range of projects and campaigns, while also contributing to their design and producing design solutions that aim to increase participation and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of sales-driving and brand-sustaining marketing materials by a team of designers and writers under your direction.
- Deliver brand-consistent material that furthers the goals of the campaign by adhering to the parameters set forth.
- Create original content for use in marketing campaigns via email, websites, and online displays.
