Qualifications:
- Analyze content data and performance to drive content optimization and effectively communicate the benefits of the Editorial strategy to key stakeholders, such as the CEO and the board.
- This may be accomplished via the development and maintenance of content marketing tone and style, which will allow the brand to maintain a unique voice and ignite the brand across all media and platforms.
- Improve our content production standards and explore new product and distribution channels to better reach and influence our target audiences by cultivating an excellence culture.
- Keep the editorial and business plan in front of the team and make sure everyone understands how their work contributes to the company’s overall success by sharing information from the corporate level.
- Oversee all aspects of content marketing, from conception and development through creation, publishing, distribution, analysis, measurement, and optimization.
- Create a detailed thought leadership and data-driven editorial plan to improve our brand’s reputation and build trust with the media, prospects, and clients we want to work with in the future.
- Design and deliver a company-wide content marketing strategy: Create a contemporary, best-in-class content marketing strategy that accelerates the Company’s thought leadership and commercial development with institutions, investors, and consumers.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily operations of Input’s people, as well as managing the administrative budget, the editorial plan, and event planning are all part of the manager’s job description.
- Establish procedures for reporting on the best platform and at the best time for reporters, producers and editors.
- Story ideas that emphasize the diverse spectrum of people and organizations striving to improve educational justice as well as the wider, interconnected ecosystem are encouraged.
Skills:
- Expertise in the use of analytics to build a plan for your content and validate it iteratively Before you begin using content analytics, you should be acquainted with and have some expertise with content analytics, particularly those related to lead generation and top of the funnel awareness.
- you must have a deep understanding of business practices, exceptional editing and proofreading abilities, strong networking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team to reach corporate objectives.
- The possibility for narrative, advertising, and content production instead of a tangle of spreadsheets and briefs.
- A strong background in finance and an in-depth knowledge of current global market challenges are required for this position.
