The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for driving the company’s research efforts via data-driven insights. The ideal applicant will do predictive and prescriptive market analysis, emerging technology and trend analysis, competition intelligence, and give proactive insights/recommendations on growth plans and company operations improvement. The employee in this capacity will proactively analyze data and deliver insights to executives and senior management in order to enhance company results and support growth plan efforts. Candidates should have a diverse experience in order to do market research and grasp the technical elements of our goods.

Qualifications:

- you should be able to access data from a broad variety of sources and repositories with ease. Use subscriptions to market research tools offered by the company to do internet research.
- It is critical that we work together with the Market Research team to assist our internal clients in achieving their research objectives.
- Create periodic reports, such as weekly, quarterly and yearly summaries of data. Establish baselines and monitor trends over time to help in decision-making.
- Regulation of data collection, storage and presentation in the company. Construct graphics such as maps and charts to help explain market research findings.
- To provide management with information on emerging trends and prospective areas for improvement by producing and maintaining reports (data analysis and narrative). Compile and analyze information, write reports, and provide suggestions
- Design and execute initiatives to reach specified targets, find process improvements, and enhance the customer experience with the help of the company’s business areas and the marketing team.
- Encouraging other people to take action on the basis of important knowledge conveyed in a clear and understandable manner.
- Using data mining methods and technologies, learn about markets, target consumers, and competitors’ plans and tactics.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to quickly take the firm forward while building global relationships.
- A demonstrated track record (3-5 years) working with a broad variety of reporting systems, including Tableau, that has resulted in measurable benefits in the areas of data integration, visualization, and analysis to aid in the optimization of revenues
- Prior expertise with statistical software such as SPSS or SAS is a must, along with a thorough knowledge of primary and secondary market research methods and techniques.
- be able to detect and describe issues on a proactive basis, comprehend business and system processes, gather data, establish facts, and make appropriate conclusions
