In this position, you will troubleshoot fundamental technical difficulties, develop excellent customer connections, fact-find to discover needs while identifying opportunities and trends to discuss with key partners, and guarantee that all of our clients receive satisfying resolutions to concerns. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who aim to give exceptional customer service and satisfaction on a consistent basis.

  • Abide with the rules governing the handling of private and personal information.
  • Utilize the proper systems/spreadsheets to accurately document and resolve client claims.
  • Deliver correct solutions to client inquiries while adhering to all scripts, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution by handling emails properly and resolving issues.
  • Attend meetings and trainings, as well as evaluate all new training materials, to stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes.
  • With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed.
  • Customer complaints should be forwarded to the appropriate internal or external contacts.
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule regulations.
  • Extend and upgrade a knowledge database that already exists.


  • It is necessary to have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
  • Self-motivated individuals who are capable of moving, prioritizing, and completing deadlines on their own are required.
  • It is necessary to have 2+ years of expertise in a retail or ecommerce-related discipline or area.
  • It is necessary to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as thorough attention to detail.
  • It is advised that you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely connected field.
