Qualifications:
- Prepare several financial forecasts, such as cost center payroll and direct expenditure, month-end financial reporting, receivables levels (including days in A/R and aging), cost center productivity, and any long-term strategic goals for the department;
- Assists senior management in the preparation of budgets and in ensuring that operations are in line with the organization’s goals and achieve performance and budget targets.
- Orders office and medical supplies and ensures that proper stock levels are maintained at all times, as required. Assists the Clinic Administrator in the development and execution of the clinic’s budget.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with all regulatory agency requirements according to all system-wide and department-specific rules and procedures (i.e. OSHA, CLIA, Department of Health, etc.).

- A medical staffing organization’s CPMSM certification must be earned within a year of beginning employment with the company. After then, it must be maintained with the appropriate continuing education credits (CEs).
- The applicant should be acquainted with patient registration, billing, accounts receivable (AR), and cash management needs, as well as health insurance procedures, business office operations, and industry standards for revenue resolution strategies in the health care sector.
- Knowledge of organizational rules and procedures, as well as the ability to apply concepts to address daily issues in a range of scenarios, are required.
- Accurate English language skills are required for this position, particularly when it comes to tasks that might have an influence on patient or staff safety or security.
