Job Description

The Marketing Analyst is in charge of providing the team with extensive business analysis and support. Sales, margins, retail pricing, and trending of both internal and market data will all be examined. You’ll be in charge of root cause analysis, problem resolution, category research, and discovering prospective strategic possibilities, among other things. Work streams pertaining to item selection and setup, promotional, seasonal, and off-the-shelf activities, vendor communication, strategic insight building, and reporting will be coordinated by you.

Qualifications:

  • You oversee marketing automation and CRM. They develop, distribute, and monitor leads.
  • Convert research/analysis data into useful business insights for media, communication and creative teams. These findings will inform marketing strategy, creative execution, and media mix.
  • Intelligence fuels the testing and optimization roadmap, allowing for the formation and validation of hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.
  • The applicant must be able to monitor and maintain customized media on a daily basis, which may include SEO, search engine marketing, direct mail, TV, SMS, email and more
  • Produce an engaging category analysis and consumer insights using primary and secondary research to assist Category Marketers in producing a clear, impactful selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
  • Working together with business teams, he or she develops concepts to increase consumer awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and other business objectives.
  • The Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, is required knowledge.
  • Innova and other market research databases may be used to do advanced marketing analysis and data visualization using these tools. (a bonus)
  • Creates, delivers, and maintains intuitive dashboards for marketers and other business teams that democratize digital data.
  • In addition to identifying successful, uncommon, and failed items, the debuts of new products are also examined. Compose a presentation for marketing or sales that incorporates your localized analysis of data, statistics, and consumer trends.

Skills:

  • +3 years of experience developing and measuring content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance using data
  • A working familiarity of web-based collaborative applications is required.
  • Working in this position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to take advantage of the digital connections that consumers now have at their fingertips.
  • Paid search (Google AdWords, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms are all examples of paid search.
  • When it comes to issue solving, the candidate must be able to dissect a problem into an organized approach, structure it, analyze it, and come up with proposed solutions to the problem.
