Job Description
Design Director with hands-on experience and multi-hyphenate skills to join our creative team is required. An expert in art direction and design, the ideal candidate is responsible for creating visually stunning assets and content for use across all of our marketing communications, including lifestyle and product photography, motion graphics design, packaging and product illustrations, as well as layouts and graphics, and environmental design. You are enthusiastic about providing visual solutions that are focused on the customer. You are a problem-solver who excels at it. If you want to provide excellent marketing campaigns and product experiences, you are comfortable working in partnership with people from multiple disciplines throughout the business. But, most importantly, you are a visionary leader who can encourage excellent design thinking across the creative team and build a clear vision for our visual identity strategy.

Qualifications:
- Contribute to the success of the company’s brand and its customers by assisting clients and colleagues in resolving workplace issues. As a Creative Director, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of Strategic Thinkers, Project Managers, and Account Representatives.
- Produce project ideas and management techniques that lead to the creation of work that is interesting, inspiring, and motivating for our Design Team while also serving to act as an example for other designers to strive to in their own work.
- In this role, you’ll be in constant communication with other members of the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate teams to make sure the brand stays on track and on target.
- An important feature of any successful design process is having a designer who oversees and actively participates in all aspects of it from start to finish.
- Assist strategists, creative teams, product designers, motion designers, and production teams and suppliers in executing the creative vision perfectly.
- Manage the creation of a collection of visually stunning, customer-focused assets for usage in a range of areas such as advertising, marketing, and product design.
- Strive to enhance our brand guidelines (typography, materials, and color schemes) in all of our touch points on a continuous basis.
- Have a clear design point of view and a clear vision for the future, with the courage to pursue forward-thinking design solutions and champion bold and boundary-pushing ideas that you think are good.
- Show a willingness to take chances and an enthusiasm for design exploration. Construct campaign thoughts and ideas with the assistance of creative directors while working on a wide range of projects
- Take steps to make sure the efforts you lead achieve more than they set out to and unearth new opportunities inside the client’s company
Skills:
- A keen eye for detail and outstanding design skills, as seen by the thoughtful selection of logo, typeface, color, and layout, as well as the inclusion of drawings
- It is critical to be able to demonstrate a thorough grasp of how creativity may be used to accomplish business goals while also adhering to and supporting brand standards for aesthetics and communication quality.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on design, in the context of integrated initiatives including digital, social, or new media.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating an excellent inter-disciplinary approach to design and visual solutions throughout the disciplines of digital, experiential, retail and product/service design as well as storytelling.
- One who wishes to operate in any field, with any kind of customer, from any place need flexibility and self-assurance (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). A quick learner who can support the team if required by using the appropriate tools.
