Qualifications:
- Responsibilities include staying abreast of corporate strategy and brand goals, as well as working with colleagues in the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate areas to keep the brand moving forward.
- It is imperative that our Design staff is engaged and excited by the work they do, and that it serves as a model for other designers.
- By using an intimate and engaging management style, the whole process is managed to guarantee that every component of the product is as polished as possible.
- In the face of the unknown, demonstrate fearlessness and a desire to bring order to chaos via design inquiry. In addition to working on different projects, you will conceptualize and contribute on campaign concepts and experiences alongside Creative Directors.
- Manage the creation of a library of visually stunning, customer-focused assets for usage in a range of areas such as advertising, marketing, and product development.
- Innovative design ideas and concepts that push the boundaries need a certain level of courage and foresight on the part of the individual who is looking for them.
- You may help your clients and colleagues while also ensuring that your brand and consumers’ demands are met. With our creative directors, strategists, project managers, and account representatives on your side, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from each other.
- To guarantee seamless implementation of the creative concept, collaborate with strategists, creative teams, product designers, motion designers, production teams, and suppliers.
- Continue to develop, update, and improve our brand guidelines (typography and material selection, color schemes) across all of our contact points.
- Ensure that the initiatives you are in charge of continue beyond their intended scopes, and seek further possibilities inside the client’s organization to expand their reach.
Skills:
- Excellent visual communication abilities, as shown by a solid portfolio that demonstrates an ability to successfully integrate typography, color and composition to meet branding and marketing goals.
- A collection of work spanning digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narrative.
- Ability to illustrate how creativity may be used to accomplish corporate goals while adhering to and supporting brand standards for aesthetics and communication quality
- Digital, social, and/or new media marketing experience that is based on design
- Flexible and self-assured in every business, with any kind of customer, and wherever in the globe (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). A quick learner who can help the team when needed.
