- Help Product Delivery with requests for state advertising filings by creating and organizing the necessary marketing materials.
- Take into account the client’s advertising approach and business objectives, and then seek out ways to help them succeed through smarter advertising.
- Do research and create campaign solutions, making sure the campaign execution lives up to the client’s expectations in addition to the general branding and creative.
- constantly seek for ways to enhance our methods and take part in achieving operational efficiency.
- Develop your client base in line with your objectives by tracking down businesses that are growing, relocating, or adding staff.
- Meet or beat projected financial returns on company-wide initiatives, new business endeavors, and digital efforts. Produce a strategy that will aid in the completion of the objectives.
- Schedule regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss best practices and actively propose new, creative solutions to problems.
- Facilitate communication between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams to proactively strengthen materials and ensure compliance with rules.
- Conducts comprehensive inspections of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, websites, print ads, mobile apps, and social media profiles.
- Bring an Association/Affinity perspective to the table and provide consultation on a wide range of strategic initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and superior project management abilities – the capacity to manage many projects concurrently and within a certain timeframe.
- Preferred: three or more years of relevant experience in marketing or compliance within the financial services sector.
- able to use Microsoft Office products with ease and proficiency. Able to perform moderately well in Excel and Word.
- A college diploma plus equivalent job experience in marketing, compliance, or a similar profession is required.
