It’s crucial to have prior experience building a visual brand, from the initial logo and brand specs to execution across numerous media. Skills in photography and videography are advantageous. Designing print and digital advertisements, direct mail pieces, logoed items, event signage, email campaigns, and other marketing materials will be the responsibility of this employee.

Qualifications:
- Coordinate the external production of printed materials that have been planned and developed and have been approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Can take creative direction and modify and improve concepts with feedback from a variety of team members.
- Create promotional and automated email campaigns, landing pages, banner advertisements, and social media pictures with the support of cross-functional teams.
- The applicant must be able to create educational/factual content for print, internet, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent design and organizational skills, as well as the ability to operate as part of a team, complete projects on time and on budget, pay close attention to detail, and juggle multiple tasks and projects, are all desirable characteristics.
- Have 3 years of digital marketing design expertise, focusing on digital channels.
- Choose the most appropriate strategies for attaining the necessary visual effects and give recommendations for methods and materials.
- Maintaining websites, blogs, social media sites, newsletters, newspapers, and magazines, as well as graphic design, artwork, and infographics, as well as desktop publishing and presentation support.
- According to the art director’s standards, the graphic designer must be able to put together many parts of a design, such as branding programs.
- Validate and enforce the proper usage of pictures and logos in all internal and external communications. All internal visuals, as well as any aesthetic deviations, must be evaluated and/or approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager before being used.
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in authorized graphic arts or visual arts/communications is required. If the candidate possesses a related Master’s degree in visual information and graphics design from a recognized institution, or a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least ten (10) years of recent experience in visual information and graphics design, the bachelor’s degree may be waived.
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative tools.
- Strong PC abilities and program knowledge, with a preference for MS Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.
- Extensive experience with illustrating concepts by creating a rough layout of art and copy in terms of arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts, obtaining concept approval by submitting a rough layout for approval, and preparing finished copy and art for production and printing.
- The applicant must be knowledgeable on how to use these programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
