Qualifications:
- The administrator must be alerted if the temperature in the dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below the safety standard.
- Eliminate trash from the area around the restaurant’s facade, as well as the garbage can.
- Over the phone, in writing, via e-mail, or in person, informing supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates.
- Rewashes unclean plates before distribution.
- Traditions, spirits, missions, visions, and basic values are all present and well-represented.
- Talk to guests to determine if they are satisfied with the food and service, as well as to address any issues.
- Drain the water from the dish machine once each hour.
- Clean dishes should be kept separate and stacked. Dishes are cleaned and transported to the cook’s line and other approved storage facilities.
- Examine your work processes and issues to see how you may improve customer service, performance, and/or safety.
- Before putting dishes, glasses, tableware, and other kitchen goods in dish machine racks, make sure they’re clean.
Skills:
- Reading and understanding written information and concepts.
- Professionalism and mature judgement are necessary in all settings.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is recommended for applicants.
- Knowledge of the principles and methods for providing guest and personal services, including assessing visitor needs, meeting service quality standards, and assessing guest satisfaction.
- Both vocal and written communication abilities are required.
