This employee will conduct clerical responsibilities to help the Financial Operations team, following established protocols. Scanning papers, filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed will be part of the job.

Qualifications:

• The General Accounting Manager also performs other duties.
• The number of years of experience you have is the only factor that determines your income.
• Checks for the accounts payable department should be prepared and sent to them.
• The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• The applicant should have exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage a wide range of activities with precision and attention to deadlines while working with little direct supervision.
• Prepares, classifies, scans, and maintains electronic files for Accounts Payable Invoices.
• A functional personal vehicle is essential, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by company policy.
• Assist with accounts payable invoices processing and coding.
• Filing, copying, collating, and entering data are just a few of the clerical duties that must be accomplished for the accounting department.
• Receipts and payments made with credit cards should be examined and recorded.
