We need a full-time marketing strategist who is innovative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. You’ll work with the business development team to develop, plan, write, and deploy a variety of content to promote our services, raise brand recognition, inspire thought leadership, and generate leads. You should have excellent writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to create consistent, meaningful content for all marketing channels (organic, social, and paid), such as landing pages, blogs, reports, and infographics. In order to track marketing effectiveness and make informed decisions, you must also have past experience defining KPIs and establishing exact objectives. It’s preferable if you’ve worked on a state or federal level.

- Maintain a detailed grasp of the branch’s operations to guarantee compliance with all rules and procedures.
- Use social media to make and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Implement and track email performance testing tactics like as templates, subject lines, send timings, personalized content recommendations, audience segmentation, and more.
- To engage our target audience, we conducted research, produced, and wrote engaging data-based material concerning e-commerce, online payments, and fraud.
- To build a strong online presence, make a content calendar for the school’s website and social media accounts, and spread the information out over a lot of different places.
- Track email performance, KPIs, and goals with the audience development team to offer stakeholders with frequent reporting updates and insights (content, sales, and creative studio teams).
- Conduct content and competitor audits to give content optimization recommendations, such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification, among other things.
- Identify key partner organizations, news sites and policy groups that fit our strategy and brand in order to create collaborations with online communities.
- You’ll be in charge of the evolution of themes/topics and content generation for the company’s content marketing strategy.
- To fulfil deadlines and ensure that messaging is consistent, succinct, and visually appealing, collaborate with internal and external content producers, as well as subject matter experts.
- The tight deadlines and large volume of work necessitate prior experience/consistent performance in a deadline-driven workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts at once while paying close attention to the small details. Ability to communicate well with clients and technical support to address client concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as coaching and counselling talents are also required.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management tools are all things you should be familiar with.
- Ability to analyze performance data and cooperate across departments to determine the measurable effect of content and strategy decisions.
