- Serve the SVP by writing and revising emails, preparing memoranda, and developing agendas and other communications for meetings and other events on their behalf.
- Provide assistance with the preparation of presentation slide decks and talking points; manage plan(s); maintain documentation and files; provide progress reports; and help with the scheduling of events.
- Serve on the administrative team and offer high-level administrative services to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis, as assigned by the supervisor. This entails providing backup executive level assistance while also executing general administrative work as required, such as welcoming visitors, maintaining conference rooms, and aiding with other projects as assigned..
Skills:
- Increasingly responsible administrative and coordinating expertise gained while working in a director and/or executive office environment is required.
- Extensive knowledge of office technology, including Microsoft products, virtual platforms, and room A/V systems, as well as a desire to acquire and master new technologies as required.
