Seeking a seasoned office manager. This Office Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the CEO and President’s office. The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, booking trips, and submitting expenses. The ideal candidate for the role of office administrator is someone who is fluent in English and has extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

- Organize and oversee all aspects of office operations, such as the provision of support services by office workers, conference center personnel, and practice assistants (secretarial) (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- To better support our internal and external customers, I participate in projects and initiatives as a member of the firm’s administrative operations team.
- Typing messages and reports, processing forms, replying to queries, making referrals, and scheduling meetings are all examples of sophisticated clerical work.
- Responds to inquiries from the public regarding the division’s programs, services, policies, and processes; occasionally responsible for proposing a course of action to management in certain areas.
- performs many responsibilities related to administration, clerical work, record keeping, bookkeeping, file reviewing, and assistance.
- Keep the office safe from intruders and up to date with the firm’s legal business continuity obligations.
- manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, tracking time, and assessing performance.
- Set up and run regular company events including networking and charity functions.
- Maintains office services through the assignment and monitoring of clerical tasks, management of communications, creation of filing systems, review and approval of supply requests, and other similar activities.
- Oversee facility upkeep; act as a link with local property management; and collaborate with building personnel and relevant internal contacts.
- Strong familiarity with the MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as a rapid learner of new technology tools
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years working in a management role in a midsize or larger professional services firm.
- Proven expertise at the top level in management, communication, and organization.
- Capacity to multitask and maintain concentration, efficiency, and output under pressure.
- Able to juggle competing priorities in a high-pressure, close attention-to-detail setting.
