Qualifications:
- Set up and run regular company events including networking and charity functions.
- handle the building’s upkeep, operate as the main point of contact for regional property management, and coordinate efforts between the building’s employees and any appropriate internal contacts.
- This job is responsible for assisting customers who have questions regarding the branch’s policies, programs, and procedures, as well as making recommendations to upper management on how to handle a wide range of issues.
- carries out a variety of secretarial, clerical, accounting, file reviewing, and other administrative duties as needed.
- By planning office operations and procedures, handling communications, creating file systems, examining and approving supply requisitions, allocating and supervising clerical duties, and other tasks, one can maintain office services.
- Oversee the running of the entire office, from the receptionist to the janitor to the secretaries and conference room workers (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Keep the office safe from intruders and make sure it can meet any business continuity requirements set by the company.
- Clerical labor includes composing letters and reports, handling paperwork, responding to inquiries, directing customers to appropriate resources, and scheduling appointments.
- Member of the firm’s administrative operations team (projects and initiatives to improve service delivery to internal and external clients).
- Manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, timekeeping, and performance reviews.
Skills:
- Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of management experience in a medium- to large-sized professional services organization.
- Exceptional fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a knack for learning new software quickly.
- Demonstrated mastery of senior-level management, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to maintain concentration and productivity under pressure from competing demands and short deadlines.
- Competence in multitasking and setting priorities in a high-pressure, high-detail setting.
