Job Description
It is the job of the Chief Executive Officer to run the company and make sure it is profitable, competitive, and financially sound. The goal is to give members and owners value-added financial services on a profitable and competitive basis. The CEO will set up supervisory controls, report to the board, and give executive leadership and direction to the operating units in a way that is safe and legal.

Qualifications:
- In order to ensure the company’s financial viability and retain its reputation for lean and efficient financial management. Following strategic planning, review the organization’s structure, operations, policies, staff, business model, and financial needs and make necessary changes. In all areas of the organization’s activities, improve and use technology in an innovative way. Assure outstanding stewardship and strict adherence to standards in order to protect the operations of the business and public confidence.
- Ensure that the association’s controls, financial and operational performance are regularly reviewed by you (i.e., capital requirements, asset quality requirements, management and staff effectiveness, earnings requirements and liquidity requirements).
- Ensure team members flourish and that corporate objectives are reached by monitoring employee productivity and creating a highly inclusive culture.
- Capable of understanding and using financial statements as a management tool, as well as having prior operational budget duties
- As a cooperative, we must guarantee that our business plan is strong enough to maximize shareholder profit while sticking to our common goals.
- Manage the organization’s operations at the local level by developing and implementing local operating procedures and programs and by implementing management systems, controls, and standards in their implementation.
- Involved communication: Making sure that the values and goals of the organization are clearly communicated to all of its members and stakeholders (all levels of employees, customers, the board, Farm Credit Administration, funding bank and communities, etc.).
- Make suggestions and come up with solutions to help make work more effective and efficient and come up with new ideas.
- Serve as an engaging, approachable, and helpful team leader who promotes an organizational culture that recruits, maintains, and inspires a diverse, highly competent workforce. Strengthen communication and decision-making rigor, quality, clarity, and transparency. Encourage departments to work together constructively and collegially.
- It is essential that those in responsibility of reporting to the board of directors on all financial, operational, personnel, marketing, and other problems and activities do so in a timely and correct manner.
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of managed care concepts and their application to consumer and community roles.
- Experience in marketing, public relations, and fundraising, as well as the ability to interact effectively with a varied range of stakeholders from a variety of cultural backgrounds, are prerequisites for this position.
- The ability to examine, prioritize, and take action on a broad variety of problems, ranging from the strategic to the administrative in nature.
- Extensive management and leadership experience that includes the ability to effectively manage and lead people in a variety of capacities.
- Strategic growth of the company, inspiration of talents, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills above average in management.
