Job Description
An Executive Producer is accountable for supporting the creation of video, photography, and multi-media deliverables, including planning, carrying out, and finalizing video/commercial/photography at a level that satisfies or exceeds the agency’s standards for creative quality, spending, and timeline. Obtaining materials and coordinating the work of internal team members (such as creative directors and editors) and external partners (such as directors and production companies) across numerous, running workstreams are part of this process. The ideal applicant can successfully collaborate with outside teams as well as work across all internal teams (such as project management, account management, and creative).

Qualifications:
- Regularly evaluate newscasts with the staff and individual producers.
- In order to fulfill their producer role, EPs must be able to crank out music on demand.
- Leads the training and mentoring of new producers, as well as providing ongoing support for their professional growth and development.
- Participates in and supports new business initiatives by managing bookings and arranging production sessions.
- controls the schedules of all producers serving the regional market.
- Collaborate with assigned alignment groups to set annual client scopes that account for production volume and cost estimates.
- reacts to information and help requests from client engagement teams. The Integrated Production task queue will also be exposed to them, and they will assign local production accordingly.
- In charge of hiring and onboarding any required independent producers.
- Collaborate with the digital desk to find and assign relevant content to each platform.
- Collaborates with producers and inventive staff to accomplish organizational objectives.
