Job Description
An Executive Producer’s job is to ensure that all video, photography, and multi-media deliverables are developed, shot, and edited to meet or exceed the agency’s creative quality, budget, and time restrictions. This entails procuring resources and organizing the activities of both in-house team members (such as creative directors and editors) and external contractors/partners (such as directors and production companies) across several, concurrent workstreams. The ideal applicant can collaborate productively with both internal teams (such as project management and account management) and external teams (such as creative) to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:
- Co-create annual client scopes, including volume and projected production budgets, with assigned alignment teams.
- works together with the directors and producers to achieve the company’s goals.
- oversees the scheduling of all producers for local market production.
- Manages bookings and sets up production sessions in support of new business objectives.
- supports customer engagement groups by responding to their inquiries and requests for assistance. They will also be able to see the tasks queued up in Integrated Production and distribute work locally as needed.
- The EP’s position is one of a working producer, therefore they must generate work as the volume requires.
- Provides leadership in the orientation and development of new producers, including training and mentoring.
- Evaluate newscasts on a regular basis, both as a group and with individual producers.
- Work with the digital desk to identify and assign content appropriately for each platform.
