Full-Time Factory Production Associate – Quezon
Job Description
The Production Associate’s major role will be to ensure that Spectrum’s award-winning content is published on spectrumnews.org and other platforms, such as newsletters. The Production Associate will work closely with the Multimedia Director and Copy Chief to ensure that the Company’s high production values are maintained and elevated, as well as with the rest of the team to ensure that the Company reaches its specialized audience, which includes neuroscientists, clinicians, geneticists, and policymakers.

Qualifications:
- The Production Associate is responsible for following all of the proper procedures in order to manufacture finished goods.
- A cook is responsible for setting up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, food and beverage item manufacturing, as well as closing and storing individual work stations.
- Execute e-commerce site updates and initiatives such as pricing modifications and product uploads.
- Manage the integration of diamond video and picture sites, including onboarding new providers and ensuring that our criteria are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure that projects run smoothly and that our digital customer experience improves overall.
- Meets the company’s scheduling availability criteria, which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photos, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes are just a few examples of resources that can help with proposal development, design, and editing.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to set requirements and oversee the content and functionality of the digital experience’s implementation and testing.
- Troubleshoot, report, and QA website defects, including products and back-end functionality, in coordination with internal teams and the development team.
- All of the following applications are required: Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
Skills:
- Highly organized, with a strong emphasis on project ownership from inception to completion.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint must all be known to the applicant.
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary degree desirable.
- Descript and ProTools are two audio-editing programs that you should be familiar with.
- WordPress and Mailchimp are two content management systems, as well as marketing and outreach tools, that you should be familiar with.
