Qualifications:
- Costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance versus the business plans are all factors to take into account.
- Financial reports and data analysis, as well as recommendations for next moves, should be provided to management workers.
- Communicate with various departments, debating business strategy and making decisions on future developments.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalation, anticipate and make trade-offs, and strike a balance between business goals and technology and procedural constraints.
- Assist operational divisions with technical accounting concerns, ensuring that any technical difficulties are promptly handled, repaired, and reported in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. In terms of their understanding and application of these concerns, members of the global finance team should be educated, mentored, and developed.
- Assist in the preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as their accompanying paperwork and schedules, in accordance with Government agencies.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations for the company’s future strategies.
- Work with auditors to ensure that the company’s finances are properly monitored.

- Ability to develop accounting and financial procedures and structures, as well as instill a Continuous Improvement culture within the company.
Skills:
- Capability of leading and improving the skills and competencies of financial teams.
- A basic understanding of web-based collaboration programs is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration is required, as well as a quantitatively oriented degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong PC skills and application experience are required; Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, and SAP are preferred.
- The applicant should have a drive to learn and improve his abilities on a constant basis, as well as a leadership spirit.
