Job Description
Auditing and validating papers requires precision and rigorous attention to detail, as well as knowledge of the accounting standards and fiscal guidelines. As needed, perform secretarial and accounting work. Prepare departmental authorization papers, match invoices to purchase orders, and process payments.

Qualifications:
- All incoming vendor bills are cross-referenced against purchase orders to check that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and freight costs, are correct.
- The salary for this position is determined on the number of years of experience.
- Look at the payment schedule and decide when you’ll begin making payments.
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a related field, such as accounting or office administration.
- After matching all incoming files for processing, prepare voucher paperwork and route approvals to the appropriate departments.
- Complex problem-solving as well as general management expertise.
- Prepare the relevant documents, including all required information, in order to acquire payment authorization from the department.
- Ability to enter data and search for it using accounting software. Payments, budget balances, purchase order data and balances, and vendor data are all included in the package.
- A demonstrable track record of development, management, and commercial success, as well as a minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services firm with at least 2 years in public accounting, are required.
Skills:
- You have good communication and presentation skills, both in writing and orally.
- The candidate must check and manage the required approvals in order to finalize the payment.
- The option to use the monthly statement to reconcile invoices for each vendor.
- Subject area expertise in accounting and finance, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of financial services industry accounting and reporting.
- Interpersonal skills and a high level of honesty.
