Qualifications:
- Maintain accurate accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping for the department’s administrative operations in accordance with the company’s internal policies and state and federal requirements.
- Verify compliance with the US Treasury Currency Operations Manual and the Federal Reserve System Custody Control Principles and Standards.
- Work with customers, data input, and/or dispatch and warehouse workers. Ensure all workers deliver exceptional internal and external client service.
- Workers and others must be made aware of any issues that may impede cooperation or processes, resources, or other obligations. It is vital to keep in touch with the local Field Engineer on a frequent basis.
- The objectives of the department or division are supported by the company as a whole. Everything from product and service design to business strategy is influenced by this person. It is the role of a project manager to guarantee that everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives.
- In control of an autonomous team of employees (s). The manager is responsible for selecting and mentoring team members. The team’s broad direction is set. Identifies and implements team member training programs. Determines compensation, employment, and termination.

- An orientation, skills and safety training, necessary documents, and other educational resources should be provided to all department staff as part of their continuous education.
- Shipment paperwork must be completed on time. Ensure timely and cost-effective recovery and pick-ups. Customers’ shipping costs may be entered into the system.
- Do all possible to ensure the area is operated effectively, professionally, and in strict conformity with corporate rules and procedures.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, the internet, web-based applications, and job-specific software programs. Capability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide utilizing US and/or foreign money units, weight, volume, and distance measures
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management, transportation, finance, or a related subject desirable, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Four years of similar experience is required. Two years of supervisory or leadership experience is required. Experience in the sector for at least two years is desired.
- OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Rehabilitation Therapy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences or a similar subject may substitute for 6 months of experience.

The capacity of an individual to hand off work and/or responsibilities to other people in order to maximize productivity not just for the company but also for the individual. Customer-oriented. Customers and the requirements they have should always come first; a robust capacity to create and sustain productive relationships is important to achieving success.
- +2 years of ops experience (preferably in a cash handling environment). Prefer banking experience. Experience supervising an operations team or a relevant functional area for level II. Level III requires 5 years or more.) Working with others and great leadership experience.
