Full-Time Freelance Production Designer – Enugu
Job Description
The Production Artist, who will report to the Design Director, will primarily be responsible for designing league licensing boards for all of our licenses and for designing all images used in the catalog and the BTB sales tool. You’ll be working closely with the Apparel/Authentic Design group to make sure that any changes or conversions made by the team are in line with the original concept of the designers.

Qualifications:
- Collaborate with graphic designers, artists, and industrial designers to ensure printed materials remain true to their intended design.
- Manages multiple tasks and tight deadlines with ease thanks to her superior time-management skills.
- All required documentation for submittal, approval, and changes must be drafted.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for proofreading technical packets and fixing any art or decoration problems you find.
- Prepare given artwork in a variety of formats for production and fix any problems with the artwork that come up during production.
- examines blueprints, recipes, and the suggested concept alongside the design team to ensure each design is completed to perfection.
- The use of trademark elements should be consistent across the many supply chains through which your products pass.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and the printer.
- Keep track of file revisions in an organized system and inform teams of any changes made to production.
- The capacity to follow instructions when designing creative campaigns, derivative assets, and resizes from a preexisting style and feel
Skills:
- The ability to use common software packages like Microsoft Office, Adobe’s Creative Suite, and FlightCheck is expected of you.
- Proven proficiency with Mac OS X and all applicable software is required, including Illustrator and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- You trust your printer’s ability to meet your deadlines without sacrificing quality, and you feel comfortable having them handle all of the details of the printing process.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the capacity to interact effectively at all professional levels.
- At least two years’ experience in the field of graphic design, garment design, or apparel product development.
