Qualifications:

- At all times, assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Maintain a high degree of service and hospitality. Deal with guest problems or difficulties promptly and efficiently, and ensure that all are fulfilled to satisfaction in a timely way.
- Close guest accounts when they leave and make sure they were happy. In case of dissatisfaction, look into the problem and try to solve it according to the rules; this could mean giving the problem to a supervisor.
- Protect hotel information, communications, reports, and files. Handle incoming and outgoing bookings General Manager lost and found.
- Boost the efficiency of other divisions, such as Housekeeping, Social, Breakfast, and Laundry, as a result of your efforts. Always clean the hotel’s restrooms, lobby, and other public locations.
- All arriving guests must be registered, with all necessary information, a completed registration card, and a payment mechanism established. Accept and record credit card and picture ID information on guest accounts, as well as providing change as necessary.
- You’ll be responsible to clean whatever part of the hotel the manager specifies, including the lobby, staff break room, guest laundry, exercise room, vending areas, stairwells, and public places.
- Greet them right away with a polite and genuine greeting. Use a happy and clear speaking voice, listen to comprehend requests, reply appropriately, and give correct information such as store hours and nearby attractions.
- Check the machine totals against the daily payments and expenditures, produce deposit slips, and keep the Guest Services Manager informed on the daily bank status. Changes required
Skills:
- Communicate well with both internal and external customers who need patience, tact, and diplomacy to control their anger, get the right information, and solve problems.
- Ability to run property management system technology is required. Work through all shift reports and conduct the audit function as needed and assigned.
- Accurate and timely data entry requires the use of strong computer abilities. Detecting impending disasters requires the ability to hear and see early warning indicators.
- To be able to stand and move freely across the front office while carrying out essential duties Being able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
- A high school diploma or a GED is necessary. Experience at the front desk for a minimum of three years and proficiency in using computers are required.
