Job Description
First impressions are important, and our Concierge is responsible for making a great impression on guests. In addition to welcoming prospective residents, families, and guests, the Concierge will answer incoming phone calls from both within and outside the building, as well as conveying messages. As part of the marketing and sales operations, the concierge presents an overview of community information to inquirers.

Qualifications:
- Accommodate and respond to any questions or concerns that residents may have.
- Maintains a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and ensuring safe working procedures.
- Plans and conducts social and recreational programming for the property’s occupants, such as movie evenings, game nights, and other social gatherings, among other things.
- Regular maintenance requests may be met by establishing contact between residents and service staff. If you are in a life-threatening situation, you should seek help as quickly as possible.
- Build strong relationships with your coworkers to ensure that your visitors, residents, and fellow Associates all leave with a positive image of your facility.
- Security cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms are all monitored to ensure that people and property are secure. Keeping an eye out for any unusual activity.
- A warm welcome would be appreciated if someone from your firm, family, or network happens to be traveling through or looking for a job in the area. Provide visitors with information on where they wish to go, depending on their industry.
- Maintain and keep a high level for community curb appeal by performing regular inspections of all community amenities and common spaces and collaborating with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.
- Businesses must remain up to speed on technology advancements in their industry in order to keep clients informed about upcoming events and services. Maintains constant contact with essential data sources to keep them informed of new changes. There will be a variety of food, entertainment, and leisure opportunities for the residents.
- Providing residents with facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages, as well as processing and notifying them of their arrival To assist customers with the mailing of faxes and other documents such as letters, notes, and packages
Skills:
- Conformity with established processes and standards is required for the above duties.
- Must be well-versed in the operations of the resort as well as the activities that take place there.
- It is essential that you have experience interacting with consumers and are proficient in Microsoft Office while applying for this role.
- Recognize the value of collaboration and are willing to learn from others.
- If you want to be considered for this job, you must have at least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality, administrative, or marketing fields.
