Job Description
A Technical Engineer provides the department with technical expertise, with a focus on new and existing product development, process development, and production operations. It’s important to keep the next level of management in the loop by completing the following duties.

Qualifications:
- It is your role to collaborate with the technical, architectural, and business teams to understand and manage day-to-day capacity and resource management.
- Troubleshoot complicated problems on production and test systems. Carry out final quality assurance for completed systems as assigned in line with the EI quality standard.
- In order to determine whether or not application portfolios may be migrated, it is necessary to look for inter-dependencies and common infrastructure platform components.
- Cloud-based archives of medical images need integration and testing with customers’ and supplier’s existing systems and procedures.
- Develop procedures that do not propagate defects to later processes, while also developing countermeasures to those that do so in advance of any following processes.
- Specifications for new equipment and tools are written. They are also coordinated and overseen by someone else. This person is the person in charge of the design, construction, installation, start-up and tests of new equipment and tools.
- Identify forthcoming hardware/software products and standards, as well as return-on-investment studies for possible systems, in order to support and justify recommendations to management for acquiring and adopting new technology.
- An extensive range of process documentation must be generated to include but is not limited to specifications (PFMEAs), risk assessments (RPAs), process plans (PFD), working combination tables (WCT), design reviews (DR), trial reports and work instructions.
- Organize and keep track of the master engineering schedule for all projects. Leaders, coordinators, and supervisors must work together to make sure all of the goals of the master schedule are met.
- Maintaining contact with all relevant departments within the organization in order to react to customer inquiries and give support as required.
Skills:
- Having the ability to adapt a collaborative approach is critical while working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment..
- For an Associate’s degree, at least eight years of further education and/or job experience are necessary; however, a combined total of at least six years of education and work experience is required.
- Workers must be able to read and understand documents such as safety standards or operating or maintenance instructions or procedure manuals. As a result, the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is essential.
- Demonstrated analytical strength and the capacity to devise workable ideas and alternatives.
- Evidence that the person is self-motivated, curious, and creative when it comes to technology, and that they love technology.
