Full-Time GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Al Batinah North
The Multimedia Designer will report directly to the Senior Director housed in the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation, but will work out of the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Always act in a professional manner, keeping a good disposition and being open to constructive criticism. In this role, you’ll be using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to complete a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. Web graphics, system graphics, digital and online publications, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive advertisements are all examples of common undertakings. Capability to produce designs that are both visually striking and effective in conveying their intended message with a firm grasp of typography and design principles.

- Use 3D modeling software like KeyShot to incorporate and animate products in both 2D and 3D scenes.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the production of all marketing materials.
- Using your own judgment and outside input, refine and generate the final design solutions.
- Know what’s expected of you, chip in where you can, and ask questions if you need to make sure you fully understand the project’s guidelines and expectations.
- Assist the sales and production teams in preparing print files for daily orders of personalized graphics; maintain high production rates while maintaining accuracy and quality standards and meeting or surpassing deadlines.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan, design, and produce marketing communications materials such as sell sheets, flyers, advertising, banner ads, packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Provide project status and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business and budget requirements.
- Create initial designs, idea drawings, models, and prototypes using a variety of techniques.
- Construct identifying markers such logos, banners, social media initiatives, advertising initiatives, brand systems, shortened and lengthened video edits, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
- Develop and discover new methods for communicating information that either supports higher accuracy, ease of template usage, or clearer communication while maintaining a refined visual style.
- Capable photographer or filmmaker with a keen eye for design.
- Current working knowledge of Adobe design software is required, specifically Premiere/Affect Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud.
