Full-Time Graphic Designer for Retail Real Estate Marketing – Ingraj Bazar
The Senior Director of the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation will report to the Multimedia Designer in the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Keep a cool head under pressure and be open to suggestions and criticism from all quarters. Use Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and other software as needed to complete a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. Web graphics, system graphics, digital and online booklets, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive adverts are just some of the common tasks that require graphic design skills. Capacity to produce designs with potent effect and the ability to transmit the intended message to the target audience through outstanding typography and a great sense of design.

- Learn the relevant information for the project, participate actively, and ask questions as you go.
- Produce multimedia design work comprising logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form movies, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
- Create rough drafts, sketches, models, and prototypes utilizing a range of methods.
- Work with 3D modeling programs, such as KeyShot, to add and animate products in 2D and 3D environments.
- Create and learn new ways to communicate information that either supports greater accuracy, simplicity of template usage, or clearer communication while keeping a sophisticated visual aesthetic.
- Collaborate with sales and production staff to create print files for custom graphic orders received each day; produce at a high rate while ensuring accuracy, adhering to quality standards, and meeting or beating production deadlines.
- Maintain communication on the project’s progress and ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the organization’s requirements.
- Refine and create final design options based on your own evaluation and feedback from others.
- responsible for overseeing the creation of all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan, design, and produce marketing communications materials such as brochures, flyers, advertising, banners, packaging, product instructions, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Ability to work as a member of an integrated team in an office environment.
- Work effectively with a diverse team of professionals thanks to your polished interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Knowledge in photography and videography is a bonus, as are strong graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- You must be up-to-date with Adobe’s design software (Premiere/Affect Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator/Creative Cloud).
- Strong project management skills, as well as the capacity to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time, often with tight deadlines.
