Full-Time Graphic Designer – Umm Salal
Job Description
We need a Brand Designer who can help us expand our presence and develop our brand by designing memorable, interesting, and meaningful interactions with our customers. You’ll be working under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Brand Design, with other creatives such as brand designers, copywriters, animators, and storytellers, to develop the company’s brand.

Qualifications:
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the larger creative team.
- Guide designers and collaborators through the best practices, design process, and ideation to create and maintain a high-quality environment.
- Realize the project’s technical and artistic constraints and negotiate with your team members.
- Work with the other members of the Brand Design team and the Design leadership to develop, expand, and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
- To learn the motivations behind the company, its offerings, and its customers’ experiences, you will direct brand workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
- Conceive of product experience blueprints such as storyboards, prototypes, sketches, and design specs.
- You will provide convincing proof that the Company has a firm grasp on the industry, its main competitors, its strategy for creating a sustainable competitive advantage, and its long-term brand objectives.
- You’ll create thorough brand documentation to foster brand consistency and help inform any future brand decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as design, research, marketing, and product management, to better serve our consumers.
- Collaborate with product teams to learn, identify opportunities, and create concepts and treatments for bringing ideas to life.
Skills:
- a collection of excellent design work demonstrating the capacity to deliver effective experiences.
- Expertise in brand design for at least 5 years (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
- strong inter-departmental communication abilities with colleagues in the fields of data analysis, product marketing, and product design.
- You are proud to say that you designed the logo, packaging, editorial layout, marketing websites, and marketing campaigns.
- a design and illustration method that puts the user first and generates experiences for people.
