Qualifications:
- Provides exceptional customer service by answering courteously to members’ and visitors’ enquiries; giving information within the assigned area; and addressing concerns in a timely and effective way.
- Take on responsibility for the pool deck, break room, restrooms, and drains.
- Pool safety rules and procedures are followed, and these safe work practices and procedures, as well as established rules and policies, are followed.
- In the pool area, he or she ensures that members and guests are adhering to the club’s safety laws and regulations.
- They also do things like prevent accidents and provide water safety services, in addition to lifeguarding.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a range of accident reports by reading, writing, interpreting, and communicating in English in order to perform work duties.
- All aquatic program activities, including swimming sessions, are part of the employment.
- Inspect the pool’s rules and regulations for any infractions that may affect the children’s health and safety.
- Maintains the pool and surrounding deck areas, including the pool house and gutters, by monitoring the pool water chemistry.

Skills:
